Trai­ning ses­si­ons ser­ve less to acqui­re cogni­ti­ve know­ledge. Rather, in them the issue is to learn new beha­viour and/or to unlearn pat­terns of beha­viour and — if pos­si­ble — to make this auto­ma­tic.

In many cases the issue here is com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on beha­viour in the broa­dest sen­se — from the pre­sen­ta­ti­on and the employee mee­ting to mode­ra­ti­on.
